Rebekah Zenor · Compass · Vail Valley

Vail, considered.

Representation shaped by place, perspective, and discretion — an informed approach to extraordinary mountain property, from Vail Village to Beaver Creek.

An introduction

Advisory before salesmanship.

I came to the Vail Valley through hospitality — the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, in 2007 — and I have never stopped treating real estate as a service profession first.

Since earning my license in 2010, I've spent my career inside the valley's most consequential transactions: Vail Village and Lionshead residences, Beaver Creek homes, investment and rental property, and the particular world of fractional and resort ownership, including the Four Seasons Private Residences Vail Phase II sales team. My clients — many of them international — tend to stay for decades, because the work is analytical, discreet, and personal in equal measure.

The full record

In their words

Clients, verbatim.

Extremely detail oriented. Immediate responses on all questions and inquiries… Her negotiation skills are second to none. The closing was simple and stress free with her by my side.
I was buying a second home in Vail but live in NH, so a lot of her work with me was over the phone and email… She was always on top of details, followed up with me in a timely manner, and still to this day (4 years later) keeps in touch.
Our broker Rebekah was absolutely amazing to work with. She gave us her utmost attention and never made it feel like we had too many questions. She is a professional with knowledge and insight in the local area. We wish we could buy and sell every house with her!

Market perspective

The valley is not one market.

Vail Village and a West Vail duplex do not move to the same rhythm. Lionshead's new construction, Beaver Creek's resort assessments, Bachelor Gulch's skiway frontage, Avon's gondola-served riverfront, Edwards' family neighborhoods — each is its own market with its own logic, and pricing them by valley-wide averages is how mistakes get made.

My approach is granular: building-level knowledge in the villages, current association and regulatory facts rather than assumptions, and a financial analysis my economics training won't let me skip. When the numbers don't support the story, I say so.
